Run size and pricing

Minimum order and what drives the price

The minimum run is 200 units - enough to put a brew under your label. Every quote is individual and comes back within 48 hours of the brief.

  • Run size - from 200 units; the larger the batch, the lower the unit cost
  • Format - a 0.33 l can, a 0.5 l can or a bottle
  • Beer style - a pils or lager costs less than a baltic porter or a beer with adjuncts
  • Recipe - a beer from our range or one brewed exclusively for you
  • Label - number of colours, finishes and print run
  • Delivery - destination country, mode of transport and excise paperwork

We do not publish a price list because every order is calculated from scratch - 200 cans of pils for a conference is a different job from several thousand cans under a private brand. Tell us what you need and you will get a firm figure.

Label and labelling

The label - design and mandatory information

The label design is part of the deal: we build it from your logo and visual identity, or prepare the file you supply for print. The label can be paper or can-ready - we match it to the format and the run.

We also make sure the label meets the requirements that apply to beer - that part is our job, not yours:

  • The beer's name and style
  • Alcohol content in percent by volume
  • Net volume of the container
  • List of ingredients with allergens (gluten-containing cereals)
  • Producer details and country of origin
  • Batch number and best-before date
  • A notice that sales to people under 18 are prohibited

The graphics are the only call left to you. If you are after an alcohol-free beer under your own label, see our alcohol-free beers; for private parties - wedding and event beer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for private label beer?

The minimum run is 200 units, in 0.33 l or 0.5 l cans or in bottles. The unit cost falls on larger batches.

How much does private label beer cost?

We price every order individually: it depends on the run, the container format, the beer style, the type of label and the delivery destination. After the brief we come back with a quote within 48 hours.

How long does it take?

Usually 4 to 8 weeks from label approval, depending on the beer style and order size.

Can I order alcohol-free beer with my own label?

Yes - our range includes non-alcoholic beers such as Green Hills (Earl Grey IPA 0.5%) and BEERBA (Yerbamate & Beer 0.0%). A popular choice for corporate and sports events.

What has to appear on a beer label?

The beer's name and style, the alcohol content in percent by volume, the net volume, the list of ingredients with allergens, the producer's details and country of origin, the batch number with the best-before date, and a notice that sales to people under 18 are prohibited. Keeping the label compliant is on us.

Do you take orders from private customers?

We work with companies, event agencies and private label brands, and the 200-unit minimum applies to every order. For weddings and private parties we have a separate wedding beer offer.

Do you ship beer abroad?

Yes, we ship B2B orders to European Union countries. We help with excise formalities and choose the most cost-effective transport.

Who designs the label?

We can design the label from your logo and brand guidelines, or print ready-made artwork supplied by you.

Cans or bottles?

Both - 0.33 l and 0.5 l cans as well as bottles. We will advise which format works best for your occasion and quantity.
