Wheat Valley
A wheat beer with banana, done right
A hazy wheat beer with a thick head and a clear banana-and-clove aroma - that comes from the yeast, not from flavourings. Full in taste yet light to drink, so it goes down well on a warm day. If you like classic German wheat beers, you will feel at home.

More about Wheat Valley
Wheat beers have been brewed for hundreds of years and the secret always sits in the yeast - it is the yeast, not any flavouring, that gives the banana-and-clove smell you catch the moment you open the bottle. Wheat Valley is unfiltered, so naturally hazy, with a dense, lasting head. Full in taste but never heavy, with a fruity, smooth finish.
A good beer to start a day off: brunch, breakfast in the garden, lunch with fish or a salad. Serve it at 6-8°C in a tall wheat glass and pour slowly - there will be plenty of foam. Go ahead and add the yeast from the bottom of the bottle; that is what gives this beer its character.
Taste
Banana and clove on the nose, a soft full body, a fruity and smooth finish.
Ingredients
Wheat, pilsner and Vienna malts, Oktawia hops (PL), WB-06 yeast.
What to pair it with
Goes with light things: salads, fish, goat cheese, eggs at brunch. Take it to a garden breakfast or a lazy Sunday lunch.
