San Lajt
A mango wheat beer for hot days
A light wheat beer with real mango pulp - the fruit shows from the first sip, yet this is still beer, not a fruit drink. Gently hazy, juicy, with a short refreshing finish. A beer for thirty degrees in the shade.

More about San Lajt
American Wheat is the lighter, more refreshing cousin of the German wheat beer - less yeast spice, more room for hops and fruit. San Lajt gets mango pulp plus Citra and Galaxy hops, which pull in the same tropical direction. The result is juicy but dry at the end, so the beer never tires you with sweetness.
Take it out in the heat, down to the water and to summer barbecues. It quenches spice beautifully, so it pairs with Mexican and Thai food and hot wings; it does just as well next to sushi and seafood. Serve it well chilled, at 5-7°C.
Taste
Mango and fresh fruit on the nose, clear fruity sweetness, a light body, a juicy finish.
Ingredients
Pilsner, wheat and Carapils malts, mango pulp, Citra and Galaxy hops, US-05 yeast.
What to pair it with
Great with spicy food - tacos, curry, hot wings. It also suits sushi and seafood, and lying by the water with no food at all.
