More about Hills Pils
A pilsner looks like the simplest beer in the world, and that is exactly what makes it the hardest. There are no roasted malts or tonnes of hops to hide a mistake behind - everything shows at once. Ours is pale, filtered, brewed on bottom-fermenting yeast and lagered for as long as it takes. Plus Polish Lubelski hops, dosed with restraint so they give aroma without dominating the beer.
This is a beer for the barbecue and a home-cooked dinner. Serve it chilled to 7-9°C, ideally in a tall glass - the head is dense and worth keeping. With food, keep it simple: sausage, pierogi, roast chicken, fries, young cheeses.
Taste
Floral-herbal hops on the nose, a clean grainy background, light bitterness and a dry finish.

What to pair it with
