Dark Sky Coconut & Coffee
Dark Sky in dessert form: coconut and coffee
The same strong porter, only with toasted coconut and Brazilian coffee. What comes out sits between beer and dessert - chocolate, caramel, coconut and coffee in one. That is why we fill smaller 330 ml cans; one is quite enough.

More about Dark Sky Coconut & Coffee
This is Dark Sky pushed towards dessert. The same 9.5% imperial Baltic porter, only with toasted coconut and Brazilian Nº9 Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama coffee. The coconut rounds off the roasted malts, the coffee adds bitterness, and the whole thing comes out dense, chocolate-and-caramel and distinctly sweeter than the base version.
We fill 330 ml cans for a reason - this is a beer for slow sipping, not for quenching thirst. Serve it at 12-14°C instead of dessert, or alongside chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream or blue cheese. After dinner it easily replaces an espresso.

Taste
Coffee and toasted coconut on the nose, chocolate and caramel on the palate, a full creamy body.

What to pair it with
Treat it as a dessert - with chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream, or instead of an espresso after dinner. If you prefer it savoury, serve it with blue cheese.
