A dense, tar-black bottom-fermented porter, aged at length. Dried plum, coffee, dark chocolate, a velvet body and a long finish. This is not a beer for thirst - pour a smaller glass and give it ten minutes.

More about Dark Sky
The Baltic porter is a Polish speciality, bottom-fermented and aged at length. Dark Sky has 9.5% alcohol, a tar-black colour and a velvet body built on Munich and chocolate malts. On the palate: dried plum, coffee and dark chocolate.
This is a beer for one evening and one glass, ideally a smaller, goblet-shaped one. Serve it warmer than an ordinary beer, at 12-14°C - only then does it open its full aroma. With food: roast beef, game, blue cheeses, dark chocolate, or simply nothing at all.
