BEERBA is our strangest idea that actually caught on: a beer base with Earl Grey tea, a yerba mate infusion and redcurrant and apple juices. What comes out is herbal and dry, with citrus bitterness and a fruity background. There is no alcohol at all - 0.0% - and the yerba mate brings caffeine.
It is a drink for breakfast, brunch and a hot afternoon. At the table it fits eggs, fruit, light salads and a cheese board. Serve it chilled, at 10-14°C, with a slice of lemon if you like.
