BEERBA
A yerba mate beer, zero alcohol
A beer base, a yerba mate infusion and a touch of redcurrant and apple juice. Herbal, dry and refreshing, with a light citrus bitterness - closer to a good herbal drink than to a classic beer. It has 0.0% alcohol, but the yerba brings its caffeine, so it works better in the morning than as a nightcap.

More about BEERBA
BEERBA is our strangest idea that actually caught on: a beer base with Earl Grey tea, a yerba mate infusion and redcurrant and apple juices. What comes out is herbal and dry, with citrus bitterness and a fruity background. There is no alcohol at all - 0.0% - but the yerba brings natural caffeine.
That makes it a daytime drink rather than an evening one: breakfast, brunch, an afternoon at work, heat when coffee is unthinkable. At the table it fits eggs, fruit, light salads and a cheese board. Serve it very cold, at 4-6°C, with ice and a slice of lemon if you like.
Taste
Herbal yerba mate aroma, citrus bitterness, redcurrant and apple in the background, a dry finish.
Ingredients
60% beer base (water, barley malts, hops, Earl Grey tea, yeast), 28% yerba mate infusion, 6% redcurrant juice, 4.6% apple juice, 1.4% cane sugar.
What to pair it with
Best at breakfast and brunch - eggs, fruit, a light salad, a cheese board. In the heat it also stands in for iced coffee.
