Blue Sky
A hazy NEIPA, juicy and soft
A New England IPA: hazy like juice, creamy in the mouth, with mango and passion fruit aromas. Bitterness is minimal, so if classic resinous IPAs once put you off, this is your version. In a can, because light kills hop aroma faster than anything else.

More about Blue Sky
The New England IPA turned everything taught about IPAs upside down: instead of sharp bitterness there is haze, a creamy texture and an avalanche of fruit aroma. Blue Sky follows exactly that path - Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic hops give mango, passion fruit and citrus, and London Fog yeast turns it into silk. We can it, because light destroys hop aroma faster than time does.
This is a beer for rich, spicy food: burgers, tacos, wings, aged cheddar. Drink it fresh and not too cold - 8-10°C, otherwise the aroma stays in the can.
Taste
Mango, passion fruit and citrus on the nose, a silky body, gentle bitterness, a fruity finish.
Ingredients
Pilsner, wheat and Carahell malts, Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic hops, WLP066 London Fog yeast.
What to pair it with
It pairs with burgers, tacos and hot wings. Also good with aged cheddar and an evening when nobody is going out.
